Meet Our Managing Director

Our Managing Director, Shetil Rastogi, has for over twenty-five years worked at the intersection of business strategy, marketing, customer experience, technology and operations.

His experience includes start-ups to mid-market firms to large enterprises with $B in valuation. He has worked both on the inside leading large-scale change through Brand development, marketing and operations as well as an advisor to business owners and the C-Suite

While a marketer at his core, Shetil’s experience has extended beyond traditional marketing – into Corporate Strategy, Financial Analysis, Competitive Intelligence, Customer Strategy, Operations, and Human Resources – giving him a broader perspective on the factors that ultimately drive business growth.

That breadth has shaped a fundamental belief behind HanTeeKom Group: a growth opportunity is not achieved by marketing communications alone. Most often, it’s a combination of factors. Understanding that combination is often necessary before determining a solution.

As a marketing executive, he has advised on and led companies ranging from approximately $10 million to more than $2 billion in revenue. His work has included the launch and relaunch of products totaling $500M in revenue, optimization of Customer Service functions leading to $100M in operational cost savings and leadership of large-scale change on how a $2B organization’s 30 brands were positioned, launched and sustained for double-digit percentage growth in a stagnant industry.

Shetil holds an MBA from Cornell University and is a Certified Market Researcher in North America.
